Welcome to my blog where my desire is to encourage those who are seeking to follow after Jesus. I write what is on my heart and I write for myself. I share with you in hopes that it encourages you. I am not an expert, I am not trained or educated in these topics. I do not consider myself a good writer, though I do enjoy writing and like what I right. If you choose to read, I hope it brightens your day and challenges you in your relationship with Jesus.
Andy Monec is my pen name. The reason I chose to use a pen name is because I didn’t want this blog, or anything I write, to be about me. I write for me. I write because I enjoy writing. If you enjoy reading it, I’m grateful.
When I quote the Bible I am using my interpretation of the King James Version. By that I mean that I switch out the Old English words that I don’t use in my everyday conversations for ones that I recognize and use.
I have a wife, kids and a full-time job so I’m pretty busy. I write when I can and I’ll do the same for checking emails. Unfortunately, in this time of my life, I can’t commit to getting back with you quickly and I’m only going to be able to post monthly for now. I hope you understand and give me grace when responding to you and for the time between new posts.
